Why is the payment message redacted?

Orders on our website used to be made without confirming your identity via email, which means someone other than you could have created them. For security reasons we partially redact those payment messages.

If you need the full reference, please check your online banking. If you can no longer find it, we recommend deleting the order and creating a new one.
